JK Brown Granite is a large granite mine located up Six Mule Canyon, high on the mountainside . Slabs of granite are cut and hauled by truck to the railcar loading area where they are lifted by an overhead crane onto bulkhead flatcars. The granite is shipped worldwide via the DDRR.
